About The Company Glass Solutions was founded to provide custom-designed, speciality laboratory glassware to the disciplines of discovery and development chemistry for the expanding research sectors in Cambridge. After developing close relationships with some of our key customers we realised that often the best solutions - in terms of speed, efficiency and cost - required an integration of certain metal or plastic components, in addition to glass. We therefore repositioned the company and invested heavily into new skills in order to produce integrated products.
As a result of this investment programme we have built up a wide-ranging skill set that allows us to design and manufacture products in a very diverse range of materials, including most metals and plastics.
Our customers now include some of the largest and most innovative laboratory based development institutions and companies in the world together with some of the brightest new businesses in the UK and Europe.
