Making A Purchase
Unfortunately we are not currently able to process on-line orders.
Orders may be placed by Email, Fax or by Post to our contact address. All of our account customers will need to provide an official Purchase Order Number (PO). New accounts can be opened quickly and without fuss so if you have not used us before please just give us a call and we will sort out the rest. Individuals and one-off purchasers may prepay and we are happy to issue a Pro-forma Invoice where needed.
Shipping And Handling
All deliveries to UK addresses will be made by Initial City Link Services
Our Standard service is next business day by 18:00
Other services are availble at extra cost.
Delivery Schedule
We deliver your order right away. We will normally send your order to you in 3 business days . International orders are generally received in under 5 days.
Back Orders
If have ordered a standard stock item and your item is not in stock, we will back order for you. You will always be emailed with the option to cancel your order if you would rather not wait.
For items that are made to order you will be emailed with an approxmimate build date, if this is unexceptable you must cancel your order within 48 hours of receipt of the confirmation email.
Tax Charges
For orders made from the UK or the European Union, 17.5% VAT is added. All other orders are VAT free and you should click the exempt button to reduce VAT to zero .
Credit Card Security
Credit card payments are not currently accepted
Guarantee
All products are guaranteed against faulty or substandard workmanship and materials for a period of 12 months from date of delivery.
